Officially first

Done up my first job brief and replied my first email to the client. I feel grown up! Hahaha. It was a little nerve wrecking when replying the email. This is serious stuff and I'm on the servicing end of the line. Sometimes I feel it's a little difficult as to manage my tone on the email. I like things straight to the point but i always read silently and I feel as though the person on the other end will perceive my email as a rude or angry reply. Seriously,

I'm not. Have to buck up my sentence structure and the usage of succinct and tactful language. 

Some people tell me to do it that way, another otherwise or differently. I just do it my way, I understand and I hit 'send'.
